A la izquierda de este punto y al final de este pasillo de transición, se encuentra el acceso a las oficinas. Estas cuentan con un amplio espacio flanqueado con un gran ventanal que permite la iluminación y ventilación natural, los escritorios se encuentran al centro y espejeados entre sí, lo que permite el ahorro de espacio y mayores circulaciones para evitar la sensación de encierro, además de permitir una mejor interacción entre los trabajadores. Al fondo se encuentra una segunda puerta que sirve de acceso a dos áreas de suma importancia, por un lado, y hacia el frente se encuentra un pequeño comedor y cocineta que servirá para que los trabajadores puedan preparar sus alimentos y como área de esparcimiento, todo esto totalmente independiente de las demás áreas, lo que permite que los olores y el ruido no se mezcle con el área de trabajo. Por otro lado, y hacia la parte posterior, se encuentra el área central del negocio, una bodega lo suficientemente amplia, como para almacenar juguetes en más de 30 anaqueles. Esta área no cuenta con ventanas ni iluminación directa, para impedir que los juguetes se dañen con el paso del tiempo, se avejenten las cajas o se llene de polvo el lugar.
Como todo proyecto, se invirtió la mayor parte del tiempo en el desarrollo de las plantas y funcionamiento de los espacios, para darle agilidad al desarrollo del trabajo que ahí se va a hacer, por lo que la volumetría fue desarrollada una vez que las plantas fueron aprobadas.
Para la volumetría se optó por dos directrices, una, ventanas grandes para iluminar y ventilar y cubiertas inclinadas para evitar encharcamientos y filtraciones a futuro.
Las ventanas eran un punto importante que nosotros quisimos que Daniel entendiera desde el inicio, ya que, al ser un lugar de trabajo, no se podía construir un lugar cerrado en el que el trabajo se volviera monótono y cansado, sino que se volviera un espacio abierto en el que uno pudiera fácilmente despejarse de las labores cotidianas.
Este proyecto fue entregado y listo para ser construido, pero al igual que muchos otros proyectos que teníamos fue suspendido temporalmente por la pandemia de Covid 19 que empezó a azotar al mundo entero a inicios del año.

This area does not have windows or direct lighting to prevent toys from being damaged over time, boxes from aging, or dust from filling the place.
Like any project, most of the time was invested in the development of the plants and the operation of the spaces, to give the agility to the development of the work that is going to be done there, so the volumetry was done once the plants were approved.
For the volumetry, two guidelines were chosen, one, large windows to illuminate and ventilate, and sloping covers to avoid puddles and future leaks.
The windows were an important point that we wanted to make Daniel to understand from the beginning, since, being a workplace, he should not build a closed place where the work would became monotonous and tired, but became an open space in which one could easily get rid of daily tasks.
This project was delivered and ready to be built, but like many other projects we had, it was temporarily suspended due to the Covid 19 pandemic that began to plague the entire world at the beginning of the year.
